One Rep at a Time // July Mood Board

When Caleb left for BMT we both made a pact to work out as hard as we could. Then when we got together again we could be workout buddies. I've spent countless hours on pinterest, pinning workouts, meal ideas, etc. The hard part is actually doing those things you pin! I've been pretty consistent though and I love the feeling I get after a good workout. The best part is noticing your progress as each day goes on. 
Typically I run(although I'm still waiting for the "runners high" (: ), do yoga, strength train, and dance! Maybe I'll post a workout routine one of these days? What do you think?

Watching: Season 3 of Grey's Anatomy ( I started this show a month ago and am hooked)
Current Favorites: Bath and Body Works Foaming Scrub, pool days, and getting my sweat on
